  1. Our Products are brand new packaged products of the highest quality ready for the customer. They are the same as you would find them on the high street.
  2.  We accept: Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron and MasterCard. We also accept payment through PayPal. Please do not send cash or cheques to us.
  1. We deliver all over the world. 
  2. Don't worry, sales taxes & VAT on orders dispatched within the European Union (EU) are all pre-paid by us. You can shop with confidence at knowing that the price you see, is the price you pay.

Please note: We have no control over taxes and fees on orders sent outside of the EU. Please contact your local customs office for details of any possible charges prior to placing your order.

  1. Due to international aviation regulations, certain beauty products are considered too hazardous to be sent by air. This means we are not able to offer all of our products for delivery to every destination.
  1. We’ll automatically send you an email with your tracking number, and the address for the courier company’s tracking website, as soon as we dispatch your order.
  1. We have different warehouse location across the world. Most of our products located in Europe will take 5 days to 2 weeks and items such as drones and projectors will take 1-4 weeks. I promise that it will be well worth the wait.
  1. Please package your product(s) securely in the original packaging. You will also need to include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the product(s). This will enable us to refund the correct account. Contact us beforehand where we will be able to sort out returns.
  2. If you have not received your order after the time periods outlined in “How long will it take to receive my order. Contact us and we will find a solution to your problem.
